To secure quality care from our physicians and to manage the cost of claims, we offer the following Claims Management Programs:
Fee Management
We review hospital, medical and pharmacy bills for medical necessity and accuracy and will automatically reprice participating provider invoices to reflect discounting, fee schedules or usual-and-customary charges.
Return-to-Work Program
We work closely with employer, employee and the treating physician to speed recovery, identify modified-duty jobs and get the employee back to work as soon as possible.
Pharmacy Program
CWG offers a nationwide network of conveniently located pharmacies. Insureds and injured workers benefit through the use of generic drugs and monitoring of prescriptions for relatedness to the occupational injury. Employees avoid paying out-of-pocket expenses for their medication. Home delivery is also available, when needed.
Fraud Prevention
While CWG strives to pay legitimate claims promptly, we resist payment of any fraudulent claims. We have trained our claim representatives in recognizing suspicious workers' compensation claims. Workers' Compensation customers may call us to confidentially report suspected fraudulent claims.
