Employment Practices Liability Endorsement

The Continental Western Employment Practices Liability Endorsement is available for Businessowner Policies and the following lines of business:

• Agri-Business
• Country Commodities
• Contractors Program
• Commercial Package
• Implement Dealers
• Motor Carriers
• Rural Utilities

The endorsement is offered as claims-made coverage and provides insureds with legal liability coverage on claims made against them for wrongful employment practices. Coverage cannot be applied to any policy with risk locations in non-approved states. Approved states include CO, ID, IL, IA, KS, MO, MT, NE, OR, SD, UT and WI.
