market. Salary is only one aspect of the compensation earned by CWG employees. The company's 2005 contributions to Traditional and Work-Life
Benefits constitute an additional $ .40 for each salary dollar of the Total Compensation Package. CWG enhances compensation with performance
rewards and recognition programs.
