Paid Vacation

Full-time and part-time employees are eligible to earn and use vacation time. Exempt employees receive vacation immediately and nonexempt employees receive vacation after three months of service.

Sick Leave

On January 1st each year eligible employees receive 5 days sick leave benefits with a maximum accrual of 65 days.

Flextime

Flexible scheduling, or flextime, allows employees to vary their starting and ending times each day as long as the service to our agents is not interrupted. CWG's® established core hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and an eight hour workday may be arranged with supervisors to include these core hours depending on the nature of the position and staffing needs.
