Performance Pay Plan
The Performance Pay plan is a special incentive plan that is in addition to the base salary and profit sharing. All regular full and part time employees become eligible after completing two full calendar quarters. The payout is based on the company profits for each quarter and at year end. This plan is discretionary and is subject to change with or without notice.
Key Recognition Program
The Key Recognition Program is designed to combine recognition and fun by helping create dialogue on what employees are doing individually and collectively to build a great place to work and a great place to do business one decision, interaction and project at a time. Nominations for key recognitions can be made by any employee to acknowledge special efforts and accomplishments of others.
Service Awards
CWG presents service awards to employees in appreciation and recognition of their commitment and contribution to the success of the company. Awards are presented at milestone anniversaries beginning with the first year and on each five year anniversary.
