Wellness Incentive Program

CWG encourages employees to lead healthy lifestyles and supports health education and wellness programs to benefit all in the organization.   The regional wellness teams develop local programs and events to create a healthy and positive work environment and support mental and physical well-being.   Some regional offices include an on-site fitness center.
