To secure quality care from our physicians and to manage the cost of claims, we offer the following Claims Management Programs:
Fee Management
We review hospital, medical and pharmacy bills for medical necessity and accuracy and will automatically reprice participating provider invoices to reflect discounting, fee schedules or usual-and-customary charges.
Return-to-Work Program
We work closely with the employer, the employee and the treating physician to speed recovery, identify modified-duty jobs and get the employee back to work as soon as possible.
Pharmacy Program
CWG offers a nationwide network of conveniently located pharmacies. Insureds and injured workers benefit through the use of generic drugs and monitoring of prescriptions related to the occupational injury. Employees avoid paying out-of-pocket expenses for their medication. Home delivery is also available, when needed.
