If an employee is injured on the job, the CWG Workers’ Recovery Unit is here to bring a personalized recovery experience. Our empathetic approach focuses on the injured worker combining care and compassion with ongoing communication which helps get your employee get back to work, and back to life.
RETURN TO WORK PROGRAM: Creating a custom program for the injured worker is essential in recovery, returning your employee to work, and mitigating costs. Allowing an injured worker, who has temporary physical limitations, to return to work is one of the greatest methods of reducing workers’ compensation costs. Return to work programs can also improve overall team well-being while improving organizational culture.
When a worker suffers an injury on the job, MedCall Advisors is a first step in your care plan. MedCall is a free medical call center service offered to all customers with active policies that immediately connects the worker with a via app, phone or web browser. All physicians are Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
The physician assesses and diagnoses the injury and provides detailed instructions for treatment, return to work instructions and any work restrictions. MedCall provides prompt assistance in medical care and reduces costs while producing better patient outcomes.
